City Residential, managing the Didsbury Point development on behalf of the Investors, aimed to improve the overall standard and environment within the scheme, setting the homes within it above those in comparable areas close by. The overall objective was to enable City Residential to sell all properties by September 2013.
As the primary building contractor for Didsbury Point, Urbanise introduced a full programme of refurbishment works to all properties and set in motion planned maintenance works to all common areas, providing a safe, modern environment for all residents. Our 24- hour maintenance service provided building fabric, mechanical & electrical and alarm services to the existing tenants until the end of the project.
